•	Check the documentation that came with your Web plug-in to make sure it's installed correctly and compatible with AppleShare IP 6.3. You can also look there for troubleshooting information.
•	Check the Plug-In Messages log for information about why it might not be working correctly.
•	Increase the memory allocated to plug-ins. If plug-in memory is set too high, you'll see a warning message when you restart, but this will not prevent the plug-ins from working.
